Brittany Taylor Yoga

BIO:

Hi, I'm Brittany! I am a YRT-500 yoga instructor, dance instructor, and personal trainer. I specialize in teaching ashtanga based vinyasa, and kundalini yoga. I also love teaching Pilates fusion!

I have had the privilege of teaching and assisted facilitating on 6 international yoga retreats, with the personal goal of hosting retreats in the future. I enjoy hosting workshops to further expand our connection to the practice of yoga, spiritual development, professional development, creative expression, and community connection.

I have been in the professional fitness industry since 2016- after leaving a corporate 9-5 work environment. My soul craved helping people in a more fulfilling way. I witnessed how sitting at a desk all day can impact our minds and bodies. I hope to give you the tools to honor your physical and mental health.

No matter what you do on a daily basis, my goal is to bring some peace and clarity to people's lives- mentally, physically and spiritually. Namaste!
